Chef Marco began making sushi in 2006, and was trained under chef Andy Matsuda of the Sushi Chef Institute in Los Angeles California. He learned the authentic methods and traditional style of sushi making which he has incorporated into his own style.
On any given night you can taste his most popular creations: the red rocks roll, diablo and maybe something new and innovative. Don’t be surprised if he gives you a sample of one of his newest creations, and you won’t be disappointed.
